Midoriya developed his quirk when he was 4 years old. It was an extremely powerful quirk but unfortunately, it can be understood as quite unbelievable and impossible.
In addition to his bad luck, his power came with a price which involved being hunted and chased in another different world that's invisible to normal eyes.
This continued for years until one day, Midoriya got accepted into one of the greatest schools named U.A by getting captured by no other than the underground hero Eraserhead.
And how did this happen? Well, you gotta read the story to find out.

Also, the mass expulsion of Eraserhead's will happen in Izuku's year and Miro, Tamaki, and Hado will all be in their second year when Izuku is in his third. As such, with the teachers believing him, Midoriya decides to leave and attend the #1 hero school in the world located in America.
