after katya successfully makes it out of rehab for drug abuse, she falls back into old habits and trixie is left to pick up the pieces. trixie decides to take katya on a trip around the world that she'll never forget, but the plan is cancelled due to the coronavirus epidemic, so now they're stuck in their houses. trixie plans a way to make quarantine a little less lonely for katya.
