2041 - The world has been reborn, a slate wiped clean. Ten year earlier, a disaster wiped out an entire country. With Earth in chaos, the I.C.C. took command, a secretly corrupt organization founded by Dr. Ramone Raz. The doctor is a geneticist who discovered how to build a machine that can read someone's DNA. However, a side effect caused by the machine's radiation use, gives .9% of test subjects enhanced abilities. Superpowers, so to speak.
This story follows two timelines, with one focusing on the I.C.C., and the other following Luna and her friends' journey to become superheros, people to protect and care for the recovering Earth.
