However, a side effect caused by the machine's radiation use, gives .9% of test subjects enhanced abilities. Superpowers, so to speak. 
      This story follows two timelines, with one focusing on the I.C.C., and the other following Luna and her friends' journey to become superheros, people to protect and care for the recovering Earth.All Rights Reserved

Rebecca, his lover, traveled in time for multiple occasions trying to find a solution to save humankind and the planet from severe contamination. Once, she saw his lover dying in the future for rejecting a direct order from the government. Rebecca Alingston decides to forcefully transform Dillon into a super robot which will be known as H.O.P.E. They are more powerful than they are letting on, and have no qualms about killing the other.
