Mackenzie, her mother, Kathy and her step father, Glenn, move to a new town by the name of Grandsfield. Life in a new town wasn't what Mackenzie expected. Getting abused wasn't the best feeling, going to a new school wasn't the choice you hoped for, having friends chosen for you was the worst, falling in love with a guy without properly introducing yourself first, is not the brightest idea and having a runaway with him seems to you use you, doesn't seem right. These lies may or may not be told but when all of that turns to Mackenzie, do you think she can handle it?
This is a book about a girl who struggles with school, family and her social life. Tries to solve it all but all turns in to 'Hidden Lies'.
