A young human blacksmith gets thrown out of his village because he's being framed for a murder that he hasn't committed. Now he's on the run, fleeing to the neighboring province. Sadly, trading isn't possible since he doesn't have anything to sell. On a lonely road, he realizes his fate: bound to be homeless, his skill to forge is wasted on a life of poverty. Luckily, his childhood best friend, a crazy elf girl, followed him while carrying weapons and stolen goods. She convinces him that they should raid a low level dungeon on the provincial border so they can set up camp and use the loot to forge some equipment and goods to sell. Only this one dungeon, nothing more. Unless.......
