And well, he wasn't one. He was bullied, he was made fun of, he was slightly depressed, and he lost all hope after being told he couldn't be a hero by his favorite heroine, All mighty. However, he still did get into the UA School, the school for heroines, just not as a heroine, obviously. He was just there cause there was no other school that would take him. But he did become a Hero. Just a hero without a Quirk. After finding a Chest containing Weapons, items, and other objects, he decided to become a Hero, with no quirk.
