With a small smile on her lips, she rolled her eyes and took her shoes off before making her way into the cozy little place she called home. "Drinking already? Don't you think it's a bit early for that?" She said quietly, knowing full well that Alex would drink wherever and whenever she pleased. As she asked, the blonde-haired Danvers made a beeline towards their fridge in search of something to eat.
"It's past five and Haley was a pain in the ass today." Alex shrugged whilst taking a long sip of her beer. "Did you at least have a good day today? Maybe make up for the crappy one I had?"

"Ahh... Hi." Lena looks up at the blonde woman, expecting a fan that recognized her, she raises an eyebrow. "Umm... all the tables are taken up and the inside is full too. So do you mind if I sit with you? I mean I guess I could just go home but I was kind of looking forward to reading at my favorite Cafe on a beautiful day like today. But I can just go. I should go. Lena pauses to think then stretches out her hand. "Elena Colby." the woman takes it. "Well, Elena. I'm Kara Danvers. And if I see you again I am going to ask again." Lena was at Catco when she got the news. More precisely, Lena watched as Supergirl was thrown off a building and pummeled in the middle of the street on live television with the rest of her staff. She froze in her spot, tears in her eyes, jaw tightened, hands in tight fists at her side. She will be fine. She will be fine. She has to be fine. Get ahold of yourself. Your employees cannot pick up on your distress right now. The newscaster on the TV talked over the scene, "It looks like Supergirl is being rushed off site. No news on her current condition.
