This is a story about Misaka Mikoto and Kamijou Touma, and how their paths are interlinked. With a Level 5 and a Level 0, its no wonder the stars are so terribly crossed. Academy City is a place for espers with various powers to nurture and grow with the aid of the stupendous curriculum. With a teleporter, a thermo hand and even an imagine breaker as friends, its no wonder life as the third ranked level 5, "The Railgun", is so hard for poor Mikoto-chan! Well, at least she has Touma. In this story I'm aging the people of a certain scientific railgun by 1 year. But touma, index, motoharu, and other characters in toumas class are the same age as before. For plot reasons. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy.
