"Jared?" I asked.
"Yes." He bluntly replied.
"Do you think I could keep him?" I pondered. 
"No." Once again he replied with no emotion, I'm not sure how I can see past his facade. But I am able to and I'm thankful for that, or I'd be like everyone else and think he was scary and just a big jerk.
"And why not?" I asked, already knowing the answer. 
" Because I hate them."
" Well I don't know how you can! I think they are adorable!" I shot back as I cuddled the half blind, all white, German shepherd puppy.
"His name will be Zeus!" I said joyfully to no one.
"Ash I don't-" I stopped him before he could even begin to talk me out of keeping Zeus. 
"Jared. It'll be okay! I know it will be!" I cut off happily.
"Why do I even bother." He grumbled.
"Because you have to!" I said childishly as I stuck my tongue at him.
I looked at him as he went to his all black Ford f250 highboy, probably to grab a blanket for me and Zeus. Jared was tall and by tall I mean like tall.
