(Slow Updates) There was a war between Japan and America that raged on for many years. Izuku's father, Hizashi was caught in the middle of a battle overseas while working and died as the ship sank as a bomb crashed into it.
After scouts saw the jets and ships filled with American soldiers coming for Japan, they went into lock down mode. After months of the bombardment the government knew they could not take care of all the citizens. So in a last ditch effort they took all the children to a remote island so the children could flourish and continue to fight the war.
But leaked information led to an attack on the island with the Americans taking over the island, turning it to a military camp for all the captives they had. One of which was a tiny and frail greenette who unfortunately did not manifest a quirk at age 4 and was deemed quirkless.
Little did they know Izuku was not a normal quirkless child...
