As a child, Perseus Jackson led a very complicated and dangerous lifestyle. But after being forced off Earth by a family he thought had deserved his loyalty, he refused to have such a complicated lifestyle anymore. He just wanted to be a simple person living a simple life on the outer edges of the galaxy.
But things don't always go to plan for Perseus.
Centuries later, a young man approaches the Forgotten Hero and offers him a place in his army. The reward: purpose, meaning. The twist: he'll have to kill everyone he once knew and loved.
