Peter was transferred. He was in a more secure cell in the helicarrier. He was determined to get out.
Key word: was.
After his and Loki's backup plan (they talked and planned about in the previous book but I didn't write it) came to a success, Peter finds himself in an abandoned warehouse with Loki as they recover and start the second basis of their plan: attack the avengers compound and not fail.
While staying on the run from furious SHIELD agents and annoyed avengers, but still having daily living needs, they try their hardest to not be caught in all of this.
And after all the attacking, pain and decisions, Peter reunited with some certain friends of his. Friendships are re-formed, but some are lost.

The surrounding security guards shuddered in fear but they stood tall in faux confidence. He could hear one of them screaming for backup, as they knew their guns and bullets were futile against this unknown person. "Let me ask you again. Where. The hell. Is. He?" He asks the trembling guard he held up off the ground, his long, sharp black nails digging into the flesh of the guards neck. It's obvious that he's much more calmer now but anger was still evident in his tone. He vaguely heard the ding of the elevator as the guard started turning a dark shade of red. He was quite amused with the change of color in the guards skin. The sound of rushed footsteps fell deaf to his ears as he pressed his nails into the guards neck drawing drops of crimson liquid. CROSS POSTED Tony was not okay. Tony was the exact opposite of okay. Tony, stupid, stupid Tony, not only recruited a teenager, he recruited a teenager that was now being targeted by Hydra. This had to be his fault. Hydra must have somehow found out Peter helped him in Germany and picked him out as the weakest link. They wanted to find a way to get to the Avengers, to get to Tony, and they found it. ***** In the aftermath of Civil War, the Accords have been sorted out, but the Avengers are far from mended. Their issues must be pushed aside, however, when Peter Parker, who has until then kept his real identity a secret, arrives at Stark Tower to tell Tony that May is missing. It will take the whole team to figure out what Hydra has planned, but they are nowhere near prepared for what they will find. PS: I promise the writing does get better!
