**COMPLETED*** This is book 2 and can be read as a standalone but I recommend you read "Fated" first. The medicine cats are determined to find a cure for it, but meanwhile Hazelstar creates a new rule for the Clan: As long as the sickness is still around, no kit may become an apprentice until the age of 10 moons to protect them from being exposed to the sickness. Echokit, who is only one moon old and already feels ready to be an apprentice, is obviously outraged by this, just as many of her siblings and friends are. Will the kits be able to take a stand and fight for their rights?
