Izuku was always happy and proud, he got his dream job, smiles when others can not, and save the lives of hopeless civilians, but how far can you push happy, optimist's limits.

Shoto loves his job and the people around him and everything seems fine but no matter how bad he wants to forget his life he can't. He feels he just doesn't of the energy to get up in the morning, feeling as if something is pulling him back.

Izuku is in the wonderful college UA. His life is going pretty well, other than a few bumps with some bullies. The only problem? He's depressed and loosing his grip on living. He decides to try and end it once and for all. He's left a note for his roommate, Todoroki (Who he's been crushing on for a year now) and his mom. He thinks he's finally going to be free, but he's mistaken when a hand wraps around his wrist, stopping his fall off the roof. Who's the mystery person? Why had they stopped him? Why can't he seem to die? --- Just a typical Tododeku angst. College AU to. Warning: Mentions and attempt of suicide, scenes involving cutting, minor consensual groping, and incredibly descriptive kissing scenes. He makes a pact with his best friend's but by the end he's the only one still suffering. Izuku looks at them with teary eyes, the screaming slowly turning to static. "What are you doing?" He asked. "We made a deal, " "You don't have to do this anymore, aren't you happy?" Izuku cried. "How can we be happy without you?" Shoto smiled. "If you're doing this then so are we, " Izuku smiled, "What are friends for?" The three of them smiled, closed their eyes, and took a leap of faith. No matter what happens they'll always be together. What'll happen next?

"I know ok?!" - Izuku screams, he never screams. Shōto flinches and fights the instinct to cover his ears as he stays put with his back against the bedroom door. Fuyumi frowns with the headphones in her hands, ready to place them over his ears, but for once Shōto wants to know. "He's not special! He's just-" - the sentence stops, Inko warns him to stop as it often happens and somehow Shōto wishes Izuku wouldn't stop. He needs to hear it, he needs someone to say that word. Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home.
