On one end of the country, there's a young boy. Bullied and ostracized by his high school, he turns to violence in hopes of letting his voice be heard. On the other end, there's a girl. Bullied and ostracized all the same. She's a delinquent and doesn't care what anyone has to say about her. She's only trying to make it out alive.

Fate pulls the two together when dire circumstances at home forces them to a camp for troubled youth. It's there that they find each other and realize that the world...that society...isn't as bad as they thought it was.
