A car drives down a twisting winding road along the side of a mountain. A thick layer of early morning fog covers the treetops below them.
Low music can be heard from outside the moving truck, packed to its limits with boxes and furniture.
A single voice can be heard singing along to the music that travels through the small space, joyous and confident in tone.
A young couple can be seen through the front window. One, driving with a small smile turning up the corners of her mouth as she sings. The other, looking out the window as the first light of the morning sun hits her face. The two joined together only by their hands that sat atop the center console.
There is a sense of serenity that fills them, only for it to be switched with a feeling of excitement as they passed a sign on the side of the rode that faintly read:
Welcome to the Town of Sugarcreek

[FINISHED] ____________________________________ Whenever a bad thing occurs, someone would always say "Look at the bright side!" or "Look at the silver lining!" They however, don't know that there isn't always hope in despair. If there is light, there is a shadow after all. As I like to say "Don't waste time. Though, what makes him stand out is that he is somewhat different, alluring even. But what does make him stand out? This person had a wish just like any other person his age after all... If you saw them, you'd think they would have already married... Though, taken from the tragic tales of high school love... There is a reason it's called first love only. It is the first, but not the last. They split apart. He was 16 at the time. He couldn't eat properly for days. Cried endlessly for someone he lost. Though what was he crying for? Taking a hint when he nudged my thigh with his snout, I guided my hands towards his snout. Placing my hand on his snout as he tilted his head up to sniff my palm, I continued, "grandmother, what big nose you have." Standing up on his four paws again, he positioned himself so that he was sitting on his hind legs with his front paws resting on my shoulders. I couldn't stop the burst of laughter that escaped me when he showed me his sharp, white fangs that gleamed under the moonlight. "But grandmother, what big mouth and teeth you have." - Wherein, teenage werewolf Samuel meets his human mate Emily who lives thousands of miles away from him. Scott's vision is fuzzy. Hazy. Unfocused like it hasn't been since the LASIK. He vaguely wonders why, but his head hurts so much he's distracted and can't figure it out. He thinks for a second that he's drunk. That he's given himself the mother of all hangovers. But his shoulder and his arm and his chest and his side and his leg also hurt-shit, his shoulder really hurts-and he's never been drunk enough for that to happen before. Plus, if he's not mistaken, that's his steering wheel in front of him, through the haze and the dust and the noise and the red and whatever the deflated white thing is. Regardless of how drunk he's been, he would never be drunk in the driver's seat of his car. Fuck. Fuck, he hurts.
