Romani is stuck in the 54th Annual Hunger Games, unable to escape them, without death. She is the female tribute for District 8, along with Tryst, the male tribute. Her mentor, Blair, is along to help her, although doesn't produce much help. Needless to say, Romani gains the confidence to produce some skills, and gain some friends, for help.
When the Games begin, she uncovers a secret, only made for the minds of her ancestors, and President Snow.
