Sweaty bodies grinding against each other. A make-shift dance floor in the living room. Kegs and coolers. Lots and lots of people. Some drunk, some passed out and some drugged. People grinding. Frat boys.
That was all I could remember about last night. That's how it always is. Josie and I arrive at about ten in the evening. She goes to find some guys to grind with while I go get the drinks. She gets the hot guy and I get his nerdy cousin. The leftovers. It isn't always nerds, sometimes hot sometimes not. I ditch Josie and drink till I drop. Literally.
I wake the next day, either in someone else's bed or in someone else's house. Waking up with a hangover is inevitable. Then I have to do the hardest thing ever. Find Josie.
Josie Faye is the hottest girl in college. She's outgoing and wild. She never gets rejected. She has so many friends that I can't even count on my fingers and toes. She is my best friend.
Then you get me, Devoré Miller. I was outgoing and wild as well. That's what made Josie and I click. Even so, she is still more outgoing and wild. I didn't really mind getting the leftovers when it came to guys. I mean sure every girl needs her prince charming but most hot guys have an ugly brother, cousin, family member or friend that they bring along. So in order to be a good friend, I would distract the ugly one while Josie gets busy with the hot ones.
Last night was no different. I think....
Elliot Jensen and Elliot Fintry have a lot in common. They share the same name, the same house, the same school, oh and they hate each other but, as they will quickly learn, there is a fine line between love and hate.
