Authors Comments: Too often in video games and movies do we see stereotypes, within moments of reading a story or watching a movie/game often it is quite easy to identify who is the good guy, the bad guy, the guy who's going to betray the group, the girl who's really pulling the strings behind the scenes so on so on... With this in mind, I've also been doing a lot of role playing in Star Wars the Old Republic and what always seems to intrigue me most about other people's characters isn't weather they are a super badass anti hero or chivalrous Paragon type willing to save lives because that's what they do. The most interesting characters are those that act like normal people would, I doubt that when faced with utter destruction that many would stand and face the challenge. What I am aiming to construct in "Diamonds in the rough" is a sci fi universe that borrows its influences heavily from Star Wars and Firefly and follows the adventures and travels of the "Diamond" and her crew. The diamond isn't a battleship and it's not the millennium falcon either. It's just a ship in space with a handful of people on board. I want to create a universe in which the story of the "Diamond" itself can be overlooked, and the story of the souls that occupy the ship become the main focus. I also want the reader to see things we wouldn't usually see, for example when a character dies it is often that all the other protagonists will simply put aside their grudges and grieve or the complete opposite, but in real life some people do both. The Captain of the ship is probably expected either to be a cold hearted bastard or as the name implies a rebel who just can't seem to stay on the right side of the law, but who's to say he can't be both? I want to establish a depth of character that will allow readers a chance to genuinely question how they themselves would act in a similar situation and really give a human edge to the story.

First of all if u don't have anything nice to say please zip ur mouth, don't expect this story to go the way u want it to be, I wrote it like 2-3 years ago so don't come and complain about how this story is. If u don't wanna read it, don't read it , I didn't ask u to read, so save ur time and mine. Go and study instead of reading this. It will have u gain knowledge and will help me to keep peace of my mind as I won't have to reply to someone who totally forgot that this is a freaking book not real life, if u can't distinguish between books and real life I guess u should think about urself then. If you are still here I appreciate it, Now let's go to the story A guy who was forced to marry a girl against his wish just because he thought she was after his money and had trapped him. A girl who had already faced so much in her life. Wanted nothing more than a person who will respect her. If not love her. THIS BOOK IS NOT EDITED AND IT'S DARK, STAY AWAY IF U CANT HANDLE IT, DON'T TELL ME HOW THIS BOOK WAS NOT ACCORDING TO WHAT U THOUGHT, I KNOW IT'S NOT THAT'S WHY SPARE URSELF AND STAY AWAY. hey guys it's my first ff and its going to be a dark ff the male lead is abusive and would be an a*****e in this ff and no ( ABUSE IS NOT OK, NO ONE SHOULD GO THROUGH IT, ) This is just a ff so read if u guys are COMFORTABLE AND OK and if there's any grammatical mistake plzzz pardon me. thank u
