Welcome Back, Soldier. (A Winter Soldier Fanfic)

The Winter Soldier finds himself defrosted once again to be sent on the tail of an allusive assassin, known only as 313 31B ('Three Thirteen, Thirty-one B'), that is plaguing his bosses. Information stolen, plans foiled, agents killed; he has one simple task: eliminate the threat.
Unsuspectingly, for the first time in 50 years, the Winter Soldier's mission proves distressfully more difficult than the simple directive would have it seem.
Now hindered by his own injuries, the Soldier is gifted with an agent chosen to be his biomedical specialist; someone who has been hired with the sole purpose of keeping Hydra's greatest weapon in prime working order.
Little does anyone know, this specialist has a few secrets of her own, one of which is the key to the Soldier's directive.
Through mood swings, painful wounds, several magnificently complex problems with the prosthetic and the chase of a crippling assassin, Dejáh will heal the Soldier more than physically --

and then she'll rip him apart.
