When Adrien finds out the girl charmed him when he was at the royall ball was the one and only princess of France, he fights the urge to meet her again. He needed to stay loyal to Ladybug, even if she didn't return his love.
'Would it hurt to pay her one little visit?' He thought, and the next thing he knew is that his was in the princess's bedroom as Chat Noir, hearing her rant on how she missed out on all the experiences of being a teenager because of her princess duties.
One thing escalated to another, and now he's teaching her on romantic things, like hickeys.
