Heart of a rogue
The caged bird sings with a fearful trill, of things unknown, but longed for still. And her tune is heard on the distant hill, for the caged bird sings for freedom. His lips hovered just above mine, close enough to make my senses blur. All I could think about was feeling his lips on mine again. "You don't feel the mate bond?" he asked, his voice low. "Because it's telling me to tear these clothes off you and take you right here, make you cry out my name so the whole pack knows you're mine." Lucille Hardings had always felt trapped. I glared up at him my eyes narrowed, "Excuse me?" I was beyond livid by the words that just came out of his mouth. My glare didn't falter when Parker towered over me, clenching his jaw while trapping me against his desk. "You heard me." Parker's voice was low and intimidating that it made me feel so small. Alphas Human Mate
(Book in the process of editing) " Miss please stand in front of the class and introduce yourself.," my teacher said as she directed me where to stand. I walked to the front of the class, looking at all of my classmates in front of me. " Hello everyone. My name is Jessica Meadows and-... " I was interrupted when the door slammed open beside me and I saw the pair of eyes who caused it. " Mate. " Jessica was a normal teenage girl who just wanted to get through her senior year of high school. When she was forced to move that summer to Florida with her aunt and uncle, she starts to notice just how different Florida is from Ohio. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ** Completed! ** This is my first book so feel free to comment your opinions, but keep in mind I wrote this when I just started out. He brushes his nose against my neck and I tighten my fisted hand to a point of pain. His hand on my waist quickly goes to my fisted knuckles and smooths them out onto his chest once again. "Can you feel how fast my heart beats for you, Celeste?" It is much faster now. "It's because it belongs to you. All of me?
