Dean didn't know what to do. He was to lost in confusion and pain to realize selling his soul would have so many consequences. He didn't deserve to be saved from hell, it was a choice he made. Now he has a freaking angel for a best friend who also wants to kill his sisters, some creepy son of a gun has his brother and father, and he has to kill a doppelganger of his dead girlfriend. To top it off, Sam's back on demon blood. How is one simple minded human supposed to be expected to handle this all within one week?

What will happen if Dean and Cas slept with each other one drunk night. Then Castiel find out he is pregnant. What will he do for the baby? What if Cas fell in love with Sam instead of Dean what will happen?
