Skye is a 15 year old girl whose life has been anything but easy. At the tender age of 7 her world came crashing down. Her father killed the "Royal" and then her mother and father were executed. She has been on the run for 8 years now, with her three older brothers, Carswell, Levi, and Everett. She has dealt with many things in her lifetime, but nothing can prepare her for what she encounters next.
