Guardians is what they're called, humans living in the afterlife with one clear goal in mind: to slay demons. While it is not known where Guardians derive from or who sent them, one thing is clear. They will stop at nothing to annihilate demons, who feast on the souls of deceased humans.

Everyone has a guardian angel assigned to protect them as much as possible. The Angels have specific rules to follow, but what happens when an Angel breaks the rules? Angel's Rules 1. Let them be tempted by darkness every now and then, just don't let them fall too deep 5. Don't fall in love Consequences 1. Angel Privileges removed until God says so 2. You'll be blinded for a week, meaning you can't protect them as easily 3. Mute, for a week 4. Wings taken until earned back 5. You are banished from heaven, you become a fallen angel with black wings you will slowly go insane and end up killing the one you were meant to protect, then you will be banished to hell, but...
