The new girl in school and in town, Mari, is a shy, blonde, hazel eyed, little girl, who is hurting bad and hates where she is. She's from California , but moved all the way across states to be with her Dad, Vinnie, and her step mom, Crystal. Ever since she got to depressed and stopped going to school, skipping everyday to hang out with her group, she began failing. Which is why she is in Maryland right now.
