Danny struggles after accidentally coming out to his parents about being gay, which they don't take very well. Danny's parents mistreat him and try to get him to like girls by any means necessary. Dash wasn't making things easy on Danny either. Danny feels like everything is hopeless, his parents won't accept him in his human form and he knows they'd never accept his ghost form.
