The life of a wild warrior has always been unforgiving, but it is even more so back when the five Clans of the forest are younger- when the warrior code is still evolving, and battles are more frequent and deadly. As the harshest leaf-bare that the five Clans have ever seen descends on the forest, their survival becomes even more precarious. But, starvation and the cold threaten more than just Clan cats, and the brutal elements force Frost, a young rogue kit, to seek shelter in ShadowClan. Rejected by her father and orphaned after the death of her mother, Frost is left alone in ShadowClan. Although ShadowClan will not banish a kit in need, Frost struggles to feel as if she truly belongs there. As she grows from a kit to an apprentice and finally a warrior, she must fight to prove herself to her new Clan, while also unraveling the secrets of her parentage. But, the state of the forest is fragile, and a storm of war looms ever closer, threatening Frost's place in the Clan that she now calls home. [COMPLETE & REVISED] Burnetpaw is simply a bad hunter. After spending all of her apprenticeship attempting to improve her abilities, she is still not any better, and she is frustrated by how focused her Clanmates are on her minimal hunting skills. She feels that she was made for greater things, and that she would be excellent on the battlefield. She spends a lot of her time dreaming that WindClan would face some sort of adversity, so that she can prove to her Clanmates she's not entirely useless. But when Burnetpaw's wishes come true, she realizes that hardships do not result in glory. They result in death, and unveil moons of deception.Complete
