That night, Bloodhound awoke late in Neji's bed. It was too dark and the scarred girl was too tired to realize she was not in her room. The previous 'dream', of a rather infuriating male haunting her sleep before being saved by another, replayed in her mind. She couldn't stop thinking about the feelings she experienced when her savior was near and how she missed the exhilarating sensation when he was not. A protective warmth.
Shaking her head in dismissal she turned in bed.
"I'm too young for this shit. Tch!"
Bloodhound fell back into a much needed rest, wrapped in the warm blankets and arms of the one who protected what little sanity she had left.

A 17 year old Naruto Uzumaki moves to a small town called Konoha in Japan to live with her estranged godfather and godmother. The foster care system that she was placed in ever since she was 13 years old due to her parents death, located in the United States, finally found a place for the teenage girl. The kids at her new school seemed to welcome her with open arms, despite how foreign she looked compared to them. A great contrast to her old school peers who never talked to her and looked at her with pity and disgust as if she was some freak.
