This story is based of off miraculous ladybug but is otherwise completely my own.
Mackenzie has always excelled academically. She has never really had friends before, until Alex. Everything is looking up for her for the first time ever. It doesn't last though. As Mackenzie learns more about her powers her life goes in every direction possible.

Marinette is now able to hold a normal conversation with Adrien, so when Adrien gets to know Marinette better, his kwami, Plagg, notices Adrien has started to develop a soft spot for the bluenette. Adrien tries to convince Plagg that Marinette is "just a friend". Meanwhile, Marinette's kwami, Tikki, notices her miraculous holder has developed a soft spot for the feline superhero, Chat Noir. The Cat and a Princess (original Marichat AU)
Marnette is an average everyday girl with a superhero friend and a super secret. She is ladybug. One day Chat finds out Ladybug's identity and was surprised to find out that Mari his sweet princess is Ladybug. Soon Marnette finds out by Plagg that Chat loved Ladybug not the real Marnette. They have a big fight because of what Plagg said and Mari is mad at Chat for two months and Chat was so hurt during that time but Plagg never told him the truth. Kagami is theorized as Ladybug, but Ladybug cannot find the desire to deny it. ~Excerpt~ "I'm sorry Chat Noir," She removes the injured girl from Bunnix' arms. Closing her eyes, exhaling sharply. Miraculous Musical
Marinette got into the one high school that she dreamed of since forever. Even though her best friend Alya is there, so is Chloe, Sabrina, Nino, and her soon to be crush, Adrien. Marinette has a true musical talent. She can sing, dance, and even write songs, but she just has one problem. She has stage fright. As Marinette anyway. As Ladybug though, she can go crazy on stage and no one would care. Same goes for Chat Noir, but backstage it's just Adrien who can't be as free as he is when he's Chat Noir. What will happen? Feelings
Marinette can't get Adrien off of her mind but she can't tell him how she feels because he's with Kagami. She starts to realise that Chat Noir has stopped being flirty with her all the time. Her feelings are all messed up and she doesn't know what to do. With the added pressure of being guardian she can hardly worry about relationships and boyfriends, but that doesn't stop her from longing to have someone to comfort her.
