Rumors spread and Surgeons from far and wide find themselves in the same streets, feuding over territory and riches, as well as the respect of the one who finally kills the Roman. Speculation boils as theories surface, and greed fuels the rage of a city built on myths and bodies, where every top Surgeon has their trademark and their own nemesis, where the rules are about to break down.
