Harlequin had an illness known as fibromyalgia/FM, an invisible illness that threatens and affects the lives of those who have it. Harlequin had been in a wheelchair, comas, and many medical treatments possible. Sadly fibromyalgia was not curable and unless he had a positive drive to keep him fighting...it would sooner or later kill him.
