In the year 2650, the war for the Frontier is well underway, tearing family and infrastructure alike apart, while simultaneously forcing them into existence. The Militia claws for a foothold as the IMC struggles to purge the cockroach entity. Amidst all of the chaos, two individuals find their harmony, sharing a bondage of love that not even death could break. Living together on the practical border between the Frontier and Core Worlds, they're a relatively simple, though happy couple. A woman of a few years younger than her man, trekking through a prideful career as a successful pilot in the IMC, and providing an incomparable love for her husband. A man of a few years older than his woman, a tinkering engineer who believes in the right fight, and giving all the love he can to his wife. All is well in the fantastic companionship the two bare. It would seem the only flaw would be the husband's secret he keeps close, close enough for the wife's perceptive mind to be unaware of, until now.
