"So you approached me without being aware of my identity?" He asks me, while raising an eyebrow. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. It takes me a while to compose myself and form a sensible reply. "Yes, I wasn't aware of your identity." "You might think you can fool me, but trust me, this has happened quite a few times before as well." He says with a very serious expression. I'm baffled by his accusation. This man has the audacity to question my intentions when he's the one trying to converse with me all along. I don't know what comes over me, but whenever I'm overwhelmed with anger, it turns into tears. And before I can compose myself, I taste the salty tears in my mouth. I take a few deep breaths, place the cup on the side table and get up to leave. "Thank you for your hospitality and your excellent assessment of my character. I will now take your leave." With that, I turn to head towards the door but he grabs my hand and pulls me towards him. Characters: Ameerah is a happy-go-lucky 23 year old who has recently graduated from med school. He's one of the youngest and most accomplished surgeon in town. To an outsider, his life would seem perfect. #1 in spiritual in 16/6/2019 Previously known as " My very own hijabi" Two young people finding shelter within each other from the world and its evils Jannah Mohamed is not your typical hijabi, she is an introvert, her traumatic past has turned her into the person she is today. Her senior year was supposed to be a regular year if it wasn't for a stupid bet. James Wayne is your typical filthy rich popular bully whose money and extreme good looks help him get away with everything he does. Jannah will teach him that he can't get everything he wants. What happens when two worlds collide?! Teaser " Because....because you like me, I know that you like me, but you are trying to suffocate your feelings, you are trying to bury them under the mountain of disappointments you have in your life, you are acting like you don't care, but you do care, very much actually, more than I can imagine, more than anybody can imagine, that's why you always try your best to hide it very Well, I know you care because I can see the spontanous smile that is drawn on your face once you see me, the luster in your eyes When you see me, I know this because I see myself in them, and this is the only reflection of myself that I like, that I love " he said, as tears kept playing at the corners of his eyes. I was speechless, my mind has betrayed me, I just stood there starring at him as he ran away, I couldn't even ask him to stop or come back for me, he just ran away, like a prey from a predator, and I felt guilty about it, he was my victim. Guilted: Wars Against The Past (Editing)

49 parts Complete

The things I knew that were once unethical, were bound to be saintly. The dreams I dreamt once upon a time, seemed to be an epitome of nightmares. The heart I thought I stole long ago, always belonged to someone else. The crimes I have committed all my life, became a handful of lessons that I ought to learn. The world I looked up to once, became a mortal enemy of mine. The family I thought would disown me, fought my battles for me. The life I never imagined I'd live, sadly it became a life I'd rather live than die. Lastly, the guilt I carried in me for the each and every second of my living, was a poison spreading and gradually banishing everything around me. Clearly, I was bounded by the past! Never have I imagined for the galaxy of guilt in me to steadily transform into a matter of great; Love. No, it wasn't for my dead sister, or for the woman I once claimed to love, or for my money-grubbing father, or even for the woman who was destined for me. Majestically, it was for Someone who I never ever thought it would be for; My Maker. Well, it's mind-blowing how the ugliest of matters bring out the most beautiful of articles! -Guilt is a gift from Allah, warning you that what you are doing is violating your soul.- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Started: 22/12/2017, 7:15 pm.
