She was born in Piltover and lived there for three years of her life till her father kicked her and her mother out when she was three they were left in the streets forced to live in the undercity when she was five her mother died. Benzo found her and took her in when she was 7 she met a girl who was staring at a toy hanging above two things happened one she broke her arm falling off a roof trying to get it and two she made a best friend for life. 
Alex and Vi always stick together no matter what.
