The TARDIS adrift with the Doctor & Piz (Or CURRENT companion)...when a black hole tares intro the fabric of space ahead of them, affecting the TARDIS.  As the Doctor investigates the black hole,  a harrowing discovery leads her to travel to Axilon to request the high council of the (remaining) time lords to help.

A displaced planet leads to tensions rising and a threat of another Time War looms. Flavia and the council agree to help the Doctor and the universe, using a time scoop to bring back a few old faces, both her own and her friends, to prevent lasting  damage to the timeline. The Doctors and their friends must work quickly against time and old foes, specifically Rasillon and Omega, who threaten the existence of the universe.
