The TARDIS adrift with the Doctor & Piz (Or CURRENT companion)...when a black hole tares intro the fabric of space ahead of them, affecting the TARDIS.  As the Doctor investigates the black hole,  a harrowing discovery leads her to travel to Axilon to request the high council of the (remaining) time lords to help.

A displaced planet leads to tensions rising and a threat of another Time War looms. Flavia and the council agree to help the Doctor and the universe, using a time scoop to bring back a few old faces, both her own and her friends, to prevent lasting  damage to the timeline.
