What The Night Hides

Mara Abaiya may be a shapeshifter by birth, but she's never learned to trust the dragon living under her skin. Instead, she's spent most of her adult life mastering a dangerous kind of psychic magic, determined to one day erase her own identity and forever destroy the beast that hides in her blood. But just weeks before her planned self-execution date, Mara finds herself tied up with a group of desperate young adventurers, accidentally trapping herself somewhere between their misplaced fondness of her and her growing feelings for a member of the party. Combined, it's enough to make her question not only her own self-hatred, but also her definition of what it truly means to be a monstrosity.
