Senator "Bigwig" Bob Bailey is making a second run for president in 2020. He plans to hold a catered fourth of July picnic for the media in the huge backyard of his Washington D.C. home to get plenty of good media coverage. There will also be a band playing patriotic songs.  He enlists the help of his assistant Willie Wordsmith in presenting his big agenda. But Willie's creativity and the media's sense of humor combine this to make one fourth of July picnic the Senator will always remember and regret!!
