For thousands of years there has been a Legion of Assassins that has powers like no other ,Soarta, hidden in the Underground, known to some : The Black Market.
About 643 years ago there was a uproar in Soarta and a part of the Assassins left and formed a new group, Kyoten.
But the artifact that gave Soarta powers was not forgotten about by Kyoten...
