Just a little fun story for me to mess around with a few ideas and such. Here's the run down, friends:
Riley is the most bubbly, happy, hopeless romantic person you'll ever meet.
Kaiya is his polar opposite. He's quiet, territorial, and stoic. They're cousins, and they just happen to be Incubi. This is their story.

Practice Makes Perfect (A Romantic Comedy)
AMBY AWARDS TOP PICK 2023 ❤️ "You think I can't act like I'm into you?" He asks in a whisper. He reaches out, and strokes a finger down my cheek, and I feel myself shiver at the touch. "You think I can't convince everyone that I have feelings for you?" His eyes are darker than ever, and any sign of a smile has now vanished. The only word I can think right now to describe him is "smouldering". I have searched many great romance novels (and even more sub-standard ones), and I am yet to find a better synonym for that particular word. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Abigail Watson has always played by the rules. She also constantly strives to be the best at everything she does. So when her boyfriend Declan decides to turn their temporary break into a permanent break-up, she starts to seriously doubt her girlfriend skills. Her new flatmate Ric tells Abby she's not the problem, but how can she believe *him* when he's one of the most annoying guys she's ever encountered? However, when she needs a fake boyfriend to save face in front of Declan, Ric might just be the only man she can turn to . . . Practice Makes Perfect offers you some forced proximity, enemies to lovers, a dash of fake dating, pub quizzes, flatmate frustrations . . . And - of course - an annoying ex, because doesn't everyone have at least one of those??? ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cover by @LNRoberts1 ❤️Complete
Stuck In Hell With My Enemy
"What the fuck is your problem?" I asked my sworn enemy. "Have you lost your damn mind!" I scream at the top of my lungs. This bitch better answer me before I lose my shit. "HELLOO!" I get closer this time. Now I'm directly in his face screaming at him. "WILL YOU FUCKING AN- mmfp." I was suddenly cut off by his lips on mine. He pushed his tongue into my mouth, exploring every inch like he's starving. He lets me go and I have to gasp in order to catch my breath. I already know my face is flushed and red. "Are you done princess?" He asked in his dark gravely tone. Dammit if he doesn't stop with this princess thing I think I may fall in love. "Yes, now what the fuck was that for?" I took a step back, so he doesn't decide to just kiss me again. I can't do that again. I am almost one hundred percent sure my panties are soaked. "You were talking too much." Then he just walked away. God he's such an asshole! ~*~ Clara is stuck in this hell hole of a place because of the fact that her parents are blackmailing her to stay. Riley has been single for over 4 years. By choice. Great family, good friends and happy with her career as a Thoracic Nurse Practitioner. Most especially, he's a rugby player. Her ex was a rugby player, so he is the last person on earth she wants to get involved with. But the attraction was way too powerful, too overwhelming. He keeps giving her mixed signals and it's confusing where she stands with him. **** Tom Wiltshire is trying to get back with his ex fiancee that's why he can't afford to have any distraction. If there's anything what rugby taught him, it's about taking control, that's why he is one of the top rugby players in the country. But after one kiss on a crazy night out with friends in Bournemouth, his wisdom was shaken. The attraction was too much to bear no matter how hard he tries to suppress it. Which is a major problem. She's the exact opposite of his ideal. But just one look into her amber almost golden eyes, the 'control' that rugby taught him for years has completely gone out of the window. Until someone makes it even more complicated than it already is. Lusting After Lucifer (18+) ☑
This is an erotic romance. Recommended 18+! Completed. Excerpt: His mouth was back on mine in an instant, the door behind us rattling loudly as he thrust against me. "Does the geriatric kiss you like this?" He mumbled against me as his teeth nipped at my already swollen lips. I pulled back once more, my heighted state of emotions, my anger taking over. "What if I said I don't want you?" A devilish grin took over as one of his hands slid along my thigh, under my skirt, his fingers tracing over the soft, damp material of my underwear. His mouth moved down to my neck, nipping at the juncture between my shoulder and neck. "I would call you a fucking liar." I tried to bite back the moan as his teeth skimmed my neck, before sinking in hard, his fingers pushing under the edge of my panties. He hesitated for a moment, waiting for me to stop him. I didn't want him to stop. One finger slid over my folds before pushing into my entrance, sinking in deep. He groaned in pleasure, his erection twitching against my core as his finger began to move. "I can feel just how much you want me." **** Lucian Vanderbrooke has been labeled many things in his lifetime. Bad boy, asshole, troublemaker, pornstar, the list goes on. He is nicknamed Lucifer for a reason. He gets who he wants, when he wants. Everything changes when he sets his sights on his twin sisters' best friend, his childhood friend who he has always had a love/hate relationship with. Abigail Davidson is a determined redheaded spitfire who doesn't take attitude from anyone. She has secretly been in love with her best friend's brother for her entire life, even though every sensible thought she has is telling her to hate the arrogant asshole. It is a love that she can't act on. A love that must remain hidden. That pact they made when they were 16, doesn't mean anything... right? Standalone spin off from the Distorted Windows Trilogy. Can be read on its own but it is recommended to read the others first.Complete
Ashes Of You And I (Completed) | ✔️
"Her troubled eyes held fire. The kind of fire that was capable of burning me to ash." ***** I grabbed her chin with my free hand, making her look at me. "I hate that I don't know you. I hate not being a part of your life, like I was before." I leaned a little closer, as her intoxicating scent filled my lungs. "Trust me, I can't hate you, no matter how hard I tried." "So you have... " It came out as more of a question than a statement from her as she looked at me with her big blue eyes. "What?" I frowned, dropping my hand from her chin and grabbing her hand, instead. "You have tried hating me then?" She asked, tilting her head to the side. This time it sounded more like a statement than a question. "I have." I sighed, dropping my head in shame. "And it made me lose the most important person in my life." ***** One night. What harm can one night do? It can change lives. Turn best friends into enemies. Turn someone's life upside down. Emily Waters and Ryder Green, were inseparable, joint to the hip, always had each others back and loved each other behind the best friend facade. But one night changed it all. He thinks he has changed for worse but what he doesn't know is that Emily has changed for the worst. Three years later, what if the girl is back, with baggage that she doesn't think anyone could handle? What will happen when they meet? Will the sparks ignite again? Wish You Weren't Here (A Romantic Comedy)
"We could just . . . *do it*, you know," he says now, teasingly. "Clear all that sexual tension up with one quick ten minute session?" I seriously hope he's joking, but I'm not certain he is. Either way, I can't prevent the exasperated huff of laughter that escapes my lips at those words. "You must be dreaming if you think there's *any* sexual tension between us," I scoff. "Anyway, I'd rather not be another notch on your bedpost, thanks very much." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ruby Rafferty has won the ultimate prize - a luxury holiday in Crete! In theory, it couldn't be more perfect - endless sun, Greek food, an unlimited free bar . . . There's only one problem. The man she has no choice but to share the prize with. Lewis Sheridan may be ridiculously attractive, but he is also cocky, cynical, and comes complete with his own specific set of red flags. He's everything Ruby has never wanted in a guy, and she's not sure she can survive *one* day alone with him, let alone ten. It's *fine*, though . . . Their suite is massive, the cocktails are flowing, and Ruby can't help but notice how handsome and charming the hotel manager is. If only he didn't think she and Lewis were already a couple . . . Will forced proximity push our vacationers closer or further apart? Can enemies really become lovers? And what will happen if anyone realises they're technically on holiday under false pretences?
