"Please, don't do this, Mutatio!" You cried out, fumbling with the passcode to the door. The male on the other side of the hallway crept closer, trailing blood with him.

Blood that wasn't his.

The blood of many innocents.

"Oh, but I must, Professor (Y/n)." His voice was raspy, sandpaper against cut skin. That was not the voice of the sweet and kind Mutatio you had grown to love.

This was all a dream. You would wake up to see that everything was back to normal.

If only it were true.

"For us to be together, I must get rid of the pests who don't deserve your kindness." Mutatio was within arms reach now.

His sparkling red eyes glowed, creased with crazed bloodlust and insanity. His once innocent smile was stretched into one that was all knowing, once pearly white teeth stained heavily with blood.

You shook your head, a sob escaping your lips.

This was the worst malfunction you had ever looked over.

Mutatio's obsessiveness.
