It's the summertime of 1922 in Europe. Norman Roscoe Stonelock is a glassware shoppe owner in the small town of Rlyll, where enduring harassment from nosy investors is the least of his worries. The town is drenched in scandals of a feud of the classes, a department store taking attention from other shoppes and an urban legend resurfacing to life.

The Avians, otherwise known as the guardian angels of the Earth will bring world peace when united.

In 1908, Avian Candidates were selected after centuries of waiting, but Europe's own Swan Candidate, Tiara, was born, discarded and forgotten after a period of prosperity began in the town of Rlyll. Fourteen years later, a wandering hypnotist is at the root of a mass kidnapping of children, and a massacre of all swans in Europe, driving Tiara into hiding.

Now she has landed on his radar, and barrels into Norman's shoppe for safety, and incidentally, his life.

. : Book One : . Melody is a member of one of the five tribes of animal shapeshifters who live beyond the human domain. These people have the ability to shapeshift into particular animals when they come of age in their tribe, attending something called the Ceremony. When given the chance to escape from her family, she jumps for it, spiraling into a world of mystery, danger, and unexpected surprises. But unknown to her, the spirits of the underworld have broken loose, and are tracking her every step. Why they want her, she has yet to know. But she will soon. Friends become enemies and families are reunited only to be broken apart. Whether she survives will be up to her companions as they race to right a world that has fallen drastically out of balance. * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * A haze darkened the edges of my vision and my knees buckled. This was too much, way too much. In half a day, my life had been turned upside down. Just as I was about to fall, the raven transformed into a boy and caught me. The bird had just turned into a boy. What the heck? What was an Avian doing on Lupine territory? * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * After much debate, I decided to discontinue this second book and series. I love the world and I built and the characters with all my heart but the writing is incredibly outdated and the plot progression is all over the place. I may reuse these characters in the future, but this series has come to an end. I'm sorry to the people who wished to see the story continue, but I hope you'll be able to join me on future fantastical journies once I have time to write more! * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * First Published: Dec. 20, 2018 Finished: Mar. 31, 2020 Finished Publishing: 5-23-2020

A Lieutenant Duckling Story

14 parts Complete

Princess Emma Swan of Misthaven has been living with a curse that turns her into a swan each day at sunset. Finding true love by her 28th birthday is the only way the curse can be broken, but Emma hasn't been able to fall in love again after the death of her fiancé. With time running out, Emma embarks on a journey to find another way to break the curse. Along the way, Princess Emma meets Lieutenant Killian Jones of Misthaven's Royal Navy. The more time she spends with the lieutenant, the more Emma finds herself falling for him. However, the lieutenant is broken, scarred, and afraid to let anyone past the wall around his heart. Can Killian learn to open his heart to love again for Emma before it's too late? Disclaimer: I only own the story itself. All other rights go to ABC's Once Upon a Time, as well as Disney and Swan Lake.
