Book one in the Bloodsworn trilogy So here's how life used to go: We'd go to school, study, have fun, fight the occasional hunter or two, and mostly deal with everyday highschool drama. Just by looking at us, all you'd see is a great group of friends dealing with the everyday tortures of life. But maybe you should've looked a bit closer. I'm Luna Pines, and I'm the last werewolf. The town wasn't on a single map, so I guess my handlers thought it was the perfect place to hide. Everything goes unnoticed there, but that was until I learned the town's hidden secret. It wasn't on the map because it was built for the witness protection. This gave a whole new meaning to hiding in plain sight. I'm not the only one being hunted down. The government decided to round us all up and place us together. It almost seems like they wanted a bright red target on our heads. Now it is easier to be found. I know he's coming for me, but the question remains. Who will he bring with him? What happens when the town where everyone's hiding is found by their worst nightmares? ***** This book is selected as mature because of the violence depicted and the language used. Although it does depict much blood, it isn't overly described. If at any point, the graphics are too much, stop reading and message me about it. This novel does have spelling and grammar mistakes. Naomi Knight wasn't any ordinary Vampire, she has had abilities and powers. Not only was I a vampire but a part of me was a wolf too, that my friends is called a Hybrid. Everyone thought she was a nobody because she always kept to herself, but she had reasons why she couldn't socialize. THEY said she couldn't. THEY were scared of what would happen if she let out her power and it would be exposed to human kind. If you're asking who THEY are, then fine I'll tell you. THEY are the guardians that protect everything supernatural from everything that is not supernatural like humans for example. Sure you have some odd ball humans that have the occasional abilities like reading minds and flying but my abilities and my powers are about 10x more powerful. I'm 18 now and I'm graduating this year with honors and I'm valedictorian of my class. Next year I would be going to a college like Stanford or Yale or something. I don't know where I'm going after graduation but I'm going where ever the road takes me. New place, New life. I've never had friends so it wouldn't be very hard to leave anyone behind. My family...well they died. My sister was burned to death 3 years ago in a house fire. My brother when rogue but as a vampire and not a wolf and my parents left when I was born.
