With the guy still at large due to him escaping the Hero who was more concerned with Yumiko's state of being, Yumiko is putting it past her. When her five year old daughter Manami's preschool is attacked by villains looking to put a dent in the next generation of heroes, Manami is rescued by her all time favorite Hero, Deku, which brings Yumiko to relive memories of her time at UA watching the boy begin his journey. As UA graduates, the two begin to connect and that's where their story truly begins. {Starting with this story, I will be doing a book series all about you guessed it... LOVE! True Love, soulmates, etc that have a deep meaning behind each book! Mature because it just may get... MATURE later on. No idea yet.}

The Sludge Villain is capture without any interference and Izuku finds himself under the tutelage of the #9 Pro Hero, Ryukyu. But things are not as they appear as the heroine has a peculiar interest in him, a history with his father, and is quite knowledgeable in regards to the boy's awakening draconic abilities for some reason. But slowly but surely, the boy's mindset begins to shift from "What would All Might do in this situation?" to "What would a Dragon do in this situation?". Let it be known that throughout history dragons have been nothing more than mascots and symbols of power but soon the world will witness what true might is and see why dragons are the only true apex predators in all of existence. Oh, and let us not forget about the five girls slowly worming their way into Izuku's heart. Rated for Violence/Language. NOTICE #1: This story is a real slow build, a real slow burn, has a large amount of worldbuilding and a ~lot~ of Pre U.A. stuff too. NOTICE #2: This is an OP Izuku story but he has to get there first. He isn't going to be able to one-shot All For One right off the bat. NOTICE #3: Draconic Neutral is just a play on words for "Chaotic Neutral".
