Katelyn is a twenty year old living by herself. She still hasn't got a career although she graduated college as a Drafting and Design Technology major.

She works at a diner and finds herself living in a very small apartment. She can pay the bills by herself but does not have much money left over, so her dearest neighbor who she treats like a grandfather helps her every once in a while.

Brandon Ricci is a successful business man who is heir to Gioielleria Enterprises. His mother liked to travel with her parents while his father stayed at home. He and his siblings don't get along. They are all grown up and each live in a different countries.

His father was tired of seeing an emotionless son, who spent his days working and working.

All he wanted was to see his son happy and he intended to do so.
