Meeya is 14, she lives on a chicken farm in Scotland and loves chemistry.
Randomly, one day, she takes a test tube full on one of her chickens drool (ew) and mixes it with her own drool (EW) and acid.
The reaction is completely unexpected. She is transported to another world in a different dimension and finds all sorts of creatures that are both fascinating and EXTREMELY dangerous.
MEANWHILE another boy in London does the same thing (randomly) and leave the room before anything can happen. His twin walks in and is transported to the other world. He is confused, has no idea how to get home, and something happens in the "jungle"...
Meeya creates the potion again and gets home. Then she goes back to the strange, new world with a friend, Flynn, to explore and finds someone unexpected...
