Candle In The Wind - Miraculous Ladybug Movie Rewrite
Someone was screaming. A horrific, guttural sound that infected the entire night with sorrow. He wondered if it was the ghosts of the people he'd just killed. He wondered if they'd come back to haunt him, to follow his every waking move, to never let him forget the way he'd demolished them into dust. The sound pounded through his head, threatening to burst open his eardrums, determined to push him to a breaking point. Collapsing to his knees, Chat Noir had to pause to draw in a deep breath. It was only then that he realized the person screaming was him. -- Essentially a rewrite of the Miraculous movie, for people who liked the film well enough but it didn't quite meet their expectations--- But in this version: Adrien is the main focus instead, the Love Square is reversed, all the characters retain their TV-show personalities (meaning Plagg is not an annoying fart joke), the plot is way more insane, and the themes are a helluva lot... darker. (Also, the songs are somehow still included?? I just rewrote them to fit the opposite character-- but they're easy enough to ignore if you really hate songfics.)Complete

Adrien is Chat Noir. Luka is Viperion. Marinette is Ladybug. Nino is Carapace. Alya is Rena Rouge. Chloe is Queen Bee. Alya, Chloe and Marinette are best friends. Adrien likes Marinette but she doesn't like him, Luka likes Chloe but she doesn't like him. Alya and Nino like eachother. Nino, Luka and Adrien are also best friends. After a so called "date" Luka had with Chloe, he started questioning what she had told him, thinking he was gay, he wanted to put that theory to the test to see if he really is gay. When the team fights a Supervillain, Luka decided to focus on one of his male teammates, not Carapace since he and Rena Rouge obviously have a thing going on, his eyes travelled to Chat Noir, the cat Superhero was in love with Ladybug but she had no interest in him so Luka found his helper to find out if he's gay without his helper knowing he's his helper. ------ Started (offically): 8/15/22 - Published: 8/16/22 Time Taken: Total Words: None of these characters belong to me except the ones I made myself, all characters that are in the actual show belong to the creators of Miraculous Ladybug. So this is a miraculous ladybug themed story. It will have some 🔞 stuff, read at ur own risk. I will try to finish it, (started it in 2021 and forgot it exists) but I don't really have any sparks of creativity in me rn. I feel like I rushed everything, but don't worry, my next work will be up to date, contain more characters and not only focus on the two of them. (ya know) Also this started bad so it's not gonna include too much stuff from the latest seasons. Description: It's a story about how Adrien is haunted by a nightmare in which he's akumatized, a lot of character development focused on Adrien, but also on Marinette. Chat Noir/Adrien developing a bond with Marinette. It will include parts with Alya, Nino, and the others. Of course, at some point there will be a reveal, angsty moments, smut (heh) and I don't plan on stopping the fic at the superheroes reveal or Hawkmoths. I would love to include maybe 4 more parts after, each being from a season (like a part about spring, summer, etc) and then I might end it on a post reveal and everything in the winter, but it will have an open ending and I'll probably make another fanfic to continue the story, but that one will include absolutely everything until season 6. a lot of remarks to the past and everything. Though I should finish my other fic first. <3Complete
