Grant and Mark just started dating, they had been living in the same apartment complex for years and never noticed each other. One morning not long after they start dating they wake up to a shocking sight. The apartment complex has been quarantined and cut off from the world, outside plastic has sealed the building off and small vents pump air for the in inhabitants. Supplies are delivered every morning by people in yellow hazmat suits. A week passes, TV and Phones have stopped working and people are scared. A few days later some one attacks a man in a hazmat suite which tears it and he's locked inside. Now supplies have stopped and even worse people are getting sick and it is not from a lack of supplies.

Barry's life
Two people fall in love in unlikely circumstances. They have a lot of psychological issues and mistrusts in the order of things to prevent them from finding themselves and each other. I am a reader of crime novels and hard science fiction almost exclusively, and yet this story, which I have been writing for a long time, is a love story, I can't explain it even to myself. The characters will have to work through hardship and evolve to be able to surrender to the magical things around them and the flow of the universe and the love of other people. This story still is a work in progress, it has holes and it is to be continued

The planet was saved by a scientist who created a cure for Covid-19. All of a sudden, a new virus appears, turning everyone that has a healthy life into mutant animals. Those human-turned predators will have no memory of their human life and will now only live by nature's rules. Those who didn't get infected were either already sick, had a disease, or had a disorder. Those people were then experimented to find a cure but the human population decreased rapidly.
