A single teardrop fell from his eyes when the pain shot through his body. Red, his clothes were filled with the gruesome colour. In front of his eyes, a grainy image began to form; it was her - the one whom he loved and the one whom he created.
His knees buckled under pressure and his heart pounded at a rate slower than the speed of a turtle.
His chest rose and went back down while he gasped for air. Another loud bang went off beside him as he struggled to keep his eyes open.
He gasped for air and opened his eyes once more to meet the one whose intentions were evil.
His last words boomed like an echo in the quiet cabin, "Tell Eleanor and Elle that I love them."
And just like that, he was gone.
