Billy is busy with something - something BIG. She knew better than to snoop around parts of the city where she knew she would get into some major trouble, but she wanted to find them again, Joker and Harley. It was her mission. But on a chill evening, she got the shock of her life.

 My name's Billie. No, I'm not a guy. People would describe me as 'crazy' and honestly, I kind of agree. I'm an orphan in Gotham Home For The Lost. Over the years I encountered Harley and Joker once, and from then on I had an obsession with them. My obsession got the best of me, and on a chilly evening, my life changed a little more than I expected.

"Well Fu"- *Currently being re-edited since the beginning of this book has some spelling mistakes I have over 1k reads, am I famous now? Can I like, be a jerk and get away with it? Look at all these PEASANTS, THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW A KING IS AMONG THEM-...I need some time to calm down this happy feeling in my chest. Btw, I don't own any art in the story. If the owner of any pictures in this story want me to, I will take those pictures out and replace them. Thank you. It's my first story as well so it probably won't be that good compared to other stories like this, but I hope you enjoy. My goal is at least 69k words, I'm such a maniac. But along the way she meets a boy who she believes shouldn't be in there but see a different side of him that no one should ever see and to her surprise, she has even dared to fall in love. Love Locked Up is a romantic, Gotham world fan where danger is a new kind of love and nothing is as it seems.
